Placing An Order

Once you have selected your goods, follow the order instructions as you progress through the site. We welcome payment from most major credit cards through our secure encrypted payment system, or, if you prefer, you can place orders with your credit card by telephone and we even accept UK cheques with orders sent through the post.

The Shop for Shoes is using the latest 3D secure credit card payment technology powered by the UK company www.secpay.com. encompassing Verified by Visa and Master SecureCode systems.

Shipping & Handling

The Shop for Shoes and its suppliers uses major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries and International Registered Air Mail or TNT Worldwide Express for overseas orders.
UK deliveries are FREE on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are subject to a small carriage charge of £2.99.

Deliveries within the European Union are free for orders of £100 and over and £10 per order for orders of less than £100

Deliveries to the rest of the world are £18 for orders of one pair, £24 for two pairs and £30 for 3 pairs or more.

Customs and Tax

The current UK Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 15% is applied to orders within the UK & European Union (EU). On orders outside of the EU, VAT tax is NOT applied and will be deducted at checkout.

Some additional Duty or Tax payment may be due on delivery depending on local import laws. This is not the responsibility of The Shop for Shoes and, unfortunately, we are unable to provide detailed information on this issue.
