Deliveries from the Shop for Shoes

Orders are acknowledged on receipt and actioned on the same or next working day.

We fully understand the need for swift response and endeavour to provide a "by return" service but, given the vast number of lines on the site, we often rely on supplier's stocks as well as our own.

When stock is available either from ourselves or from the supplier, it is normally despatched within 48 hours and is delivered 3-5 working days within the UK and within 10 working days overseas with the exception of:

Seibel, Romika and Scholl products.
These are sourced from supplier's stock and deliveries can take 7-10 working days within the UK, 15-20 working days overseas.

Mephisto.
These are sourced from supplier's stock and deliveries can take 15-21 working days within the UK, 20-28 working days overseas.

Oxypas Medical.
These are sourced from supplier's stock and deliveries can take 5-7 working days within the UK, 12-16 working days overseas.

DB & Waldlaufer shoes.
These are sourced from supplier's stock and deliveries can take 7-10 working days within the UK, 15-20 working days overseas.

If we cannot supply stock, we will advise you by email within 48 hours. We will advise you of the expected delivery time or offer a choice of an alternative product or a full refund.

Shipping & Handling

The Shop for Shoes and its suppliers uses major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries and International Registered Air Mail or TNT Worldwide Express for overseas orders.
UK deliveries are FREE on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are subject to a small carriage charge of £3.50.

Deliveries within the European Union are free for orders of £120 and over and £12 per order for orders of less than £120

Deliveries to the rest of the world are £20 for orders of one pair, £25 for two pairs and £30 for 3 pairs or more.
