Shipping & Handling

The Shop for Shoes and its suppliers uses major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries and International Registered Air Mail or TNT Worldwide Express for overseas orders.
UK deliveries are FREE on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are subject to a small carriage charge of £2.99.

Deliveries within the European Union are £14.50 per order while deliveries to the rest of the world are £18 per order.

Urgent orders outside of the UK can be shipped by TNT World Express at a cost of £40 per order for upto 5 pairs

Returns Policy

You may return goods if you are not happy with them within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and are in the original condition and packaging. We will either refund your card or exchange the product if desired.

The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer except for cases of manufacturing faults or picking and despatch errors. In these case, costs will be borne by The Shop for Shoes

Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion. No return delivery charge will be refunded. Please note: All returns must be authorised. Authorisation can be obtained by e-mail or by phoning The Returns Manager +44(0)1458-833431

Returning Goods

Please ask the Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate. This will ensure that you receive the exchange or refund in the event of goods being mislaid in the post.
