Orders are acknowledged on receipt and actioned on the same or next working day

We fully understand the need for swift response and endeavour to provide a "by return" service but, given the vast number of lines on the site, we often rely on supplier's stocks as well as our own.

If stock is available either from ourselves or from the supplier, it is normally despatched within 48 hours. The various suppliers use a number of different courier services and it can take a further 2-3 days for delivery to be effected within the UK and longer for overseas orders.

If we cannot supply ex-stock, we will advise you by email within 48 hours. We will advise you of the expected delivery time or offer a choice of an lternative product or a full refund.
